A very unusual watch! An American Watch Co. dial signed in script, single sunk with black Roman numerals and blue spade hands. A couple of tiny faint hls. A very good looking Elgin 18 size 11 jewel gilt movement KW&KS. Signed "Elgin Nat'l Watch Co., Elgin Ill." Now the most unusual case! It's a Fahys or silver No. 1 open face case, with a pear like case inside the outer case. The crystal is fixed and the dial and movement come out from behind. A real conversation piece!!
