OK FOLK'S, If you are looking for "RARE" then you have found it!!!! A Hamilton 16 size 22 jewel 3992B specially made for the British Submarine Service. As shown in the picture, the base metal case is not pristine. It has had the H.S.3 lined out and another set of numbers put below Master Watch. This was done for the special order for the British. As you can see, the dial is what sets this 3992B apart from all the rest. It has the 12 hour in the middle, the 60 minute next, and the 1 to 10 on the outside. This 1 to 10 was used for timing torpedo impact. This dial is probably as close to PERFECT as you will see!!! The movement is really nice!! It is pendant set and has the HACK feature (that works) for exact time setting. If you have been wanting one of these, better not let this one get away, because they don't show up very often!!!!!!
