This is a Hamilton 16 size, lever set, open face, 992 and the only one I have ever seen that comes in a B&O Loaner marked case. It has a PERFECT double sunk porcelain dial with black Arabic numbers, red five minute markers, and EXCELLENT blue spade hands. It is signed in script “Hamilton”.  Look at the GORGEOUS damaskeening on this MINT ¾ Nickel movement. It is signed in gold lettering “21 Jewels, Adjusted 5 Positions, Double Roller, 992, Hamilton Watch Co. Lancaster, Pa.”.
