It has an EXCELLENT single sunk porcelain dial with black Roman numerals, red five minute markers, and blue spade hands. It is signed Elgin. It has a GREAT looking ¾ Gilt movement and is signed “Seven Jewels, Elgin Nat’l Watch Co., U.S.A.”. It comes mounted in a Gold-filled Philly Hunting case without initials on the shield.
